Bruce Jan - CEO and Co-Founder


Bruce Jan has more than 9 years of experience from the recycling industry, including waste paper, plastics, scrap metal, electronic waste as well as providing software for scrap recyclers. He has been involved in operations from all spectrum of the recycling  industry including waste paper, scrap plastics, scrap metal, used beverage containers, to electronic waste.  His extensive experience and knowledge provides the solid foundation for CycleLution's solutions for Recyclers.

Prior to founding CycleLution, Inc., Bruce was the General Manager for ARC International Corp., a California-based electronic waste recycler. During his four years with the company, the company grew from one location with 10 employees to 9 locations nationwide with over 180 employees. One of the key factors of the rapid growth was the streamlined operation made possible by the system that Bruce Jan and his team developed and implemented.

 
Bruce also founded another consulting firm, Rivendale Services, Inc., which primarily provides consulting and supporting services for recyclers, organizations, and government agencies. 

Bruce obtained his MBA degree from Utah State University.
 


Tom Yu - Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder


Tom Yu has over 14 years of experience in software development as well as in the IT consulting business. His primary focus is web-based applications.

Since 2001, Tom has been involved in developing software solutions for Electronic Reverse Logistics and Service Providers. His in-depth understanding of the electronics return, repair, and re-deployment enables CycleLution to provide additional functions to electronic asset recovery firms.

In addition to software development, Tom has also founded InfoCerv, Inc., which provides IT and network consulting services to general businesses.

Tom obtained his BS degree in Computer Science from Beijin Polytechnic University.



Tina Hsiao - Vice President and Co-Founder


Tina Hsiao has more than 7 years of experiences in the recycling industry, including scrap metal and electronic waste recycling. She is in charge of the interface designing as well as client training at CycleLution.


Prior to co-founding CycleLution, Inc., Tina was with ARC International Corp., a California-based Electronic Waste Recycler. There she was in charge of the development and establishment of the recycling operation procedures and work flow. She was also in charge of the Recycling System Administration. She helped grow the company from 1 location with 10 employees to  locations nationwide with over 180 employees.

 
Tina obtained her MBA degree from University of the West. 


Mike Easterbrook - Chief Consultant

Mike Easterbrook is an ISO and R2 Certification Consultant specializing in hands-on ISO implementation for recycling operations. With three years experience as Director of Compliance and ISO at Southern California’s largest electronic waste recycling facility, Mike is the perfect candidate for recycling operation certification needs. Extensive knowledge of the industry, rapid implementation, hands-on training and a competitive rate give Mike the competitive edge that other consultants can not offer.
